Molecular partitioning during host cell penetration by Toxoplasma gondii

Supplemental Movie 1: Passage of both raft and nonraft lipids through the moving junction. Live BHK cells were costained with FAST DiOC₁₈ (green) and DiIC₁₆ (red). T. gondii parasites were then added to dishes, and invasion events were observed using live cell confocal microscopy. Time-lapse images at a single focal plane were collected at 1 sec intervals.
